hot drinks in lobby, mini fridge in room, modern bathroom amenities
The shower pressure was weak and the heating system was unsettlingly noisy!!! The surrounding area didn’t feel safe at night and it would be fantastic to expect more proactive service during the stay!!!

Great spot for couples!
I was impressed by the staff's warmth, made me feel like I was in good hands. The location was key, walking distance to so many attractions-they practically rolled out the red carpet for us.
It wasn’t cheap, but still acceptable.

We had an amazing time exploring Toronto, especially visiting the St Lawrence Market Complex where we enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and unique shops. Our Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds was spacious and comfortable, which was perfect for our family, including our service dog!
My kids wished the breakfast variety was a bit more extensive.

We loved our stay here! The breakfast was delicious, and we really enjoyed hanging out in the small garden area for some fresh air. The only downside was that the room felt a bit tight for four of us, but we made it work. 🌼

This hotel was just a fitting option for a little getaway in Toronto with all in all brilliant value for money. The breakfast selection was quite nice, offering a decent variety to start the day. Be cautious when walking around the area at night, as it can feel a bit unsafe with beggars nearby.

Couple seeking quality stay
We had a really cozy time there. One morning, I called the front desk to ask about late checkout, and they immediately said yes, no hassle. Plus, the breakfast was included, and honestly, that omelet hit the spot.
Kind of pricey, but you know what, worth it.

The location was perfect for visiting St Lawrence Market and the nearby aquarium. Easy walk to all the attractions. The breakfast was solid, with plenty of options. Rooms were clean and comfy, great for unwinding after a day of exploring.
One staff member at the front desk was unhelpful when I had a question about my deposit. He seemed uninterested and didn't explain things well, which was frustrating. I expected better service.
